The irony about vulnerability1 minutes read

For us humans, vulnerability is just a feeling, a feeling of being open, exposed, and truthfully aligned with our weakness. We feel like we can be attacked, damaged, and destroyed by others’ judgments in those moments. We think that others will think less of us when we expose our weaknesses.

That’s not true.

Once you disclose your weaknesses, you become invulnerable.

If anyone attacks, your vulnerability is exposing his lack of empathy. In other words, he will be screaming, “Look! I am an idiot,” and everyone else will catch this. Trust me, no one wants to be seen as an idiot. Moreover, everyone will pick up on the courage you showed because no one dares to do the same, even if they want to. You’ll allow them to do the same. This is called leadership.

The silver line is that you will gain complete trust because nobody lies about being seen as “weak.”

And lastly, you will find out that there is nothing, nobody can judge negatively about you being truthful, becoming this way, literally invulnerable.

The weak hide their weaknesses because truth can break them. The strong know that their strength is unquestionable because they are the truth itself.
